In 2015, together with Lila, Alex founded their own company - Temperament Dogs - to provide the highest possible standard of home boarding and training for pet and companion dogs. His favourite and and most successful area of expertise in dog training is helping dogs that suffer from broadly understood reactivity.

Furthermore, Alex is the creator of 'Bravery Boost Training' programme that aims to help fearful dogs, especially ones that suffer from noise sensitivities, reactivity, separation anxiety an general lack of confidence. He has also created the 'Effective Play'; programme which focuses on teaching strategies to build more motivation and focus in companion and competitive dogs.

Alex teaches and presents Bravery Boost Training, Motivation and Play and Reactivity to Dogs and People workshops and training days all over the UK and abroad. In his free time he is writing a book about confidence and
motivation in companion and dog sport training.
